This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and TexlaCulture ("TexlaCulture," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of the TexlaCulture mobile application and website. By downloading, installing, or using the TexlaCulture application or website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

License Grant

Restrictions

The User agrees not to use the TexlaCulture application and website for any purpose other than the purposes for which it is intended. The User also agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer any portion of the TexlaCulture application and website without the prior written consent of TexlaCulture.

Ownership

The User acknowledges and agrees that TexlaCulture owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the TexlaCulture application and website, including all intellectual property rights.

Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if the User fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. TexlaCulture may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The TexlaCulture application and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TexlaCulture be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the TexlaCulture application and website

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold TexlaCulture harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the TexlaCulture application and website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The courts located in Ghaziabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
